Warranty 

All CPAP, BiPAP & ONP machines come with a standard 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, the product must be shipped to our service centers in Hong Kong or Australia for repair or replacement.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects exclusively within this period and does not extend to accidents, water damage, negligence, or damage caused intentionally or unintentionally. We reserve the right to determine the cause of any defects or damage before honoring a claim. The warranty applies only to the machine and humidifier, and does not include consumable items such as hoses, water tanks, air filters, or masks.

For any warranty claims, please contact us directly for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Machines must be returned to our designated return address for processing warranty claims.

Returns

  • Orders for Masks or Accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances. Once orders are processed for shipment, they cannot be cancelled. All Mask and Accessory orders are final.
  • Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of ordering. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned to our specified return address.
  • All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • An AUD300 return freight charge applies to orders returned due to customs clearance issues or non-payment of duties, taxes, or VAT by the customer.
  • Note: Promotional or Free items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Masks, Tubing, Filters, and accessories must be returned at the buyer's expense for any warranty claims (3-month warranty). Free return shipping for warranty does not apply to these items.

 Condition

  • Items must be new, unused, and in sealed packaging (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns on used or opened products under any circumstances.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
